Can you calibrate my unit? Does my unit need to be calibrated every year?

Yes - we can!

Calibration of your unit is priced at 300 USD, plus return shipping costs. As with any test and measurement instrument, we recommend annual calibration of your Otii device to maintain long-term accuracy and compliance.

Each unit includes a calibration certificate with the calibration date provided by the manufacturer. This date serves as a reference for when to recalibrate but does not indicate an expiration of accuracy.

Calibration services are performed at Qoitech’s facilities in Sweden, and the unit must be shipped to us for service.
